Thornless, scented, full-flowering, fast-growing. Creates a beautiful display when left to ramble over an arch or fence. Thrives in warm, moist conditions. Will grow to 9m so allow enough space!

Rosa banksiae Alba

APPEARANCE : Of Chinese origin, it is almost free of thorns, grows quickly and flowers in miniature double white blooms spring and summer. Small fern-like leaves.
USE FOR : Leave to ramble over over a trellis or fence.
PLANTING: Plant in a sunny spot in free draining soil rich in organic matter. Stake and support stems as required to train the growth. Will come through a light frost.
CARE : Water regularly during the first 12 months to help establish a good root system.Mulch and water well, prune after flowering and apply a slow release fertiliser.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : Up to 9 m H x Up to 6 m W.
