Pandoreas are stunning in full flower and this one might well be your new favourite. Those hot pink centres are gone, replaced with subtle pale yellow eyes to every pure white flower. Classy and beautiful like its royal namesake, and tall too.
Pandorea jasminoides 'Lady Di' DESCRIPTION: Native Australian evergreen climber with small glossy foliage and large clusters of white flowers with pale gold centres in late spring-summer. USE IN: Over trellis, arbour, pergola, trained along fencing. Will cling given support. Also makes good informal groundcover. PLANTING: Plant in well drained soils, in full sun to part shade, in a frost-free location. CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Apply a slow release fertiliser during spring. Easily maintained with a good pruning after flowering. Can be vigorous so trim or cut back at other times of the year if needed.
