Ficus benjamina 'Midnight Petite' - weeping fig

APPEARANCE : Compact growing weeping fig featuring dark glossy foliage and dense foliage, ideal grown in containers and used for low hedging.
USE FOR : Indoor/outdoor or patio planting; feature tree in tropical gardens.
CLIMATE : Frost free, prefers warm humid climates
PLANTING : Suited to full sun and shade, perfect for almost anywhere. Indoors they grow best in bright filtered light and a sheltered spot. Weeping figs don't like being moved and can drop leaves in shock, but these will grow back.
CARE : Mulch and water with a seaweed based fertiliser on planting to reduce transplant shock, follow with regular watering until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Provide plenty of water during dry periods. Prune regularly if needed to help maintain a tidy growth habit or shape the plant for topiary. Apply a slow release fertiliser twice yearly.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH :  Up to 3 m H x 1.5 m W.
