Ficus elastica variegated - rubber plant, rubber fig

DESCRIPTION: Compact houseplant grown indoors; impressive tree when allowed to grow full-size. Large thick pointed oval leaves with a bright varied golden colour.
USE IN: Easycare indoor, container or tropical garden plant. Needs a sheltered frost-free spot.
CARE: Mulch and water with a seaweed based fertiliser on planting to reduce transplant shock, follow with regular watering until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Apply a slow release fertiliser twice yearly and protect from frost. container plants may need extra feed and a repot into fresh soil once a year. Leaves benefit from a seasonal wipe over or gentle shower if grown indoors, to keep them clean and working.

YOUR PLANTS: These plants are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide
