Low maintenance, high impact shrub for hot,dry, tough situations. Bright gold-yellow foliage makes a vibrant contrast to the flowers and to dark- and green-leaved plants. Flower colour may vary from that pictured.

Nerium oleander - variegated oleander
APPEARANCE : Hardy resilient evergreen variety with bright gold-yellow striped leaves. Flowering late spring to early autumn. Toxic if eaten - not advised for gardens with pets or very small children, but otherwise safe.USE FOR : In groups as a mass display of flowering colour. Perfect for sandy areas and poor soil. Suitable for large pots.
CLIMATE : Drought hardy, tolerant of light frost
PLANTING: A full sun to partly shaded position in the garden. Hardy shrub suited to most conditions and coastal plantings. Plant in a free draining soil rich in organic matter. A potting mix rich with peat moss or humus is ideal.
CARE: Mulch and water well, prune after flowering to promote new growth. If any stems revert to all-green, cut them back to a main branch
