APPEARANCE : Large, dense, tree with contrasting variegated finely divided foliage with golden orange- yellow long-lasting flowers. Close cousin of Honey Gem.
USE FOR : Honey-rich flowers are bird attracting; feature tree, or for avenue plantings.
PLANTNG: Plant in well drained soil in a full sun position in the garden to enjoy a long flowering season. Suitable for reasonably cold temperatures and sub tropical climates.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit and prolific flowering next season. Drought tolerant once established. Feed with a slow release native fertiliser when buds form - grevilleas can be phosphorus-sensitive so the P ratio of the fertiliser needs to be under 3%.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 4-5m H x 2-3m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
