Compact, early-flowering Cinnamon Snow hellebore will thrive in a rich soil and a dappled shade border - or grow equally well in a pot on your deck.

The clear white flowers above the deep green glossy leaves have a dusting of cinnamon pink on the reverse of every petal, for a very pretty two-tone effect.

Description

Helleborus x ballardiae 'Cinnamon Snow' - hellebore, lenten rose, winter rose

APPEARANCE : Herbaceous bushy perennial, early flowering from winter into spring. Deep green leathery leaves, cup-shaped flowers. Cinnamon Snow has white flowers shaded dusty pink on the reverse
USE FOR : Cottage gardens, shady borders, potted colour, winter colour.
CLIMATE : Frost-hardy
PLANTING : Plant in good moist well-drained soil in sun to part shade, protected from strong winds. The sunnier the spot the more water it will need.
CARE : Water regularly until established and continue to provide water especially during dry spells. Mulch plants to keep the shallow roots cool in summer; deadhead to prolong flowering season. Apply liquid fertiliser regularly for prolific flowering and plant health.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH : 40cm H x 40cm W.
