Share a piña colada with your paradise garden by adding this fruity golden-red houseleek to your collection. You'll think it's paradise to look after, as houseleeks need very little care and maintenance to look good year after year.

Like all houseleeks, it's a robust hardy garden plant for dry soils, waterwise gardens, and exposed locations like roof terraces., as well as for showing off in a pot. You can see how the colour changes through the year in the image gallery.

Sempervivum Chick Charms® 'Pineapple Paradise'™

DESCRIPTION: Small neat pointy rosette succulent, golden-yellow tipped in pinky-red at the edges. Semper-vivum means "ever-living".
USE IN: Rockeries, pots, green roofs, indoors, waterwise gardens.
LOCATION: Plant in free-draining gritty soil in full sun for maximum leaf colour and root health. Rock-solid cold hardy and drought tolerant once established.
CARE: Don't overwater; and water around - not into - the rosettes during summer heatwaves. Carefully remove dead old leaves by pulling gently. If any pups (little plants) form, remove them carefully and pot them on, or leave them in place to form a colony of groundcovering rosettes.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 5 cm H x 15 cm W.
YOUR PLANTS: These are tubestock plants with a healthy young root system and will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80 mm x 42 mm wide. Your plants may be supplied as 'plugs', slightly smaller than our usual tubestock but with a healthy root system ready for planting or potting on.
