Low wide-spreading mounding form of Callistemon pallidus, the lemon bottlebrush, a wildlife favourite of honeyeaters, bees, butterflies.

Happy in clay soils, coastal gardens, soggy spots, dry spells, urban pollution - and if you struggle with bottlebrush frost-hardiness, give this one a try. It's reputed to be more cold-tolerant than most.

We love Candle Glow for its unusual yellow flowers, low wide habit, hardy resilience
