Low and wide, this bushy new grevillea will lure in the native birds to feed on its cats claw flowers. They're an unusual shade of burnt orange and nestle amongst the deep green dense foliage.
It's a toughie, frost and drought tolerant once establshed and flowering in winter when we and the birds need flowers in the garden.

Grevillea juniperina x 'Goldfever' 'Apricot Tingle'
APPEARANCE : A new ground cover Grevillea with a low mounding habit. Lots of small curly flowers in dusty orange in winter; small neat pointed deep green leaves. Bred by Bywong NurseryORIGIN : G juniperina is found in ACT, coastal southern QLD and NSW, and is the parent of many popular grevilleas including New Blood, Sunkissed, and Canterbury Gold
USE FOR: Mass planting, groundcover, erosion control, in containers, or as a rockery plant. Winter colour. Great grevillea for attracting wildlife.
PLANTING: Plant in well drained soil, mulch well and water regularly until the plant is established. Apply a native plant fertiliser yearly. Prune after flowering to promote new growth and flowering.
CARE: Prefers a warm, sunny position in the garden and is relatively hardy once established. Feed with a slow release native fertiliser when buds form - grevilleas can be phosphorus-sensitive so the P ratio of the fertiliser needs to be under 3%.
