DESCRIPTION: Tall flowering annual plant with satiny papery blooms in white. Suited to hot dry sunny sites with good drainage.
PLANTING: Sow in autumn right through Australia; plus spring in cooler regions, winter in tropical regions, at 20-25C. Sow on damp soil surface and press down gently. Add a slow-release fertiliser when sowing.
CARE: Water seedlings regularly until established and continue to provide water especially during dry spells. For an extra long flowering season, remove spent blooms.
