'Plantation Pink' establishes quickly and is ideal as a flowering hedge or screening plant to 4m. Pollinating insects love these big open-style flowers, so this variety is great for hedging around fruit and vegetable plots as well.

DESCRIPTION: Fast growing variety; abundant sweetly scented large pale-mid pink flowers with bright yellow stamens in the centre.USE IN: Perfect for hedging, screening and feature planting.
LOCATION: Plant in well drained soil in a partly shaded position in the garden. Protect from harsh afternoon sun and strong winds. Tolerates dry conditions and frost once established.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Continue to water on a regular basis for the first twelve months to ensure the plant becomes fully established. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit and flowering. Fertilise using a slow release fertiliser specific to camellias in spring.
