Camellia sasanqua 'Plantation Pink'DESCRIPTION: Fast growing variety featuring sweetly scented pale pink flowers with bright yellow stamens in the centre. Beautiful grown as a flowering hedge.
USE IN: Perfect for hedging, screening and feature planting.
LOCATION: Plant in well drained soil in a partly shaded position in the garden. Protect from harsh afternoon sun and strong winds. Tolerates dry conditions and frost once established.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Continue to water on a regular basis for the first twelve months to ensure the plant becomes fully established. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit and flowering. Fertilise using a slow release fertiliser specific to camellias in spring.
