Looks delicate, tough as. This fine-leaf Ozbreed variety of native mat rush reaches just under 90cm all around, with a blue-green tint to the foliage. Great in windy, exposed, and coastal sites, it's a useful erosion control plant too. Drought and frost tolerant, low maintenance.

Lomandra longfolia NYALLA® 'LM400' PBR - mat rush
APPEARANCE : Fine-leaf native grassy plant with blue-green leaves, golden flower spikes.
USE FOR : Exposed and windy locations, coastal planting, native gardens, rockeries and embankments, erosion control.
CLIMATE : Frost and drought tolerant. Prefers a drier climate south of mid-QLD
PLANTING : Plant in full sun to part shade, with the crown slightly proud of the soil level. Likes sandy or clay soils.
CARE : Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Chop back by 2/3 every 3-5 years to encourage new growth
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH :   90cm H x 90cm W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
