What to Sow in Winter

Seeds to sow in Winter : It's your last chance to plant spring flowering bulbs too!. Please take into account your local climate and State weather trends when sowing seeds. Most Winter-planted seeds are hardy, but in areas of hard frost sow tender seeds inside, and replant outside later on when the soil is warmer.
