Fragrant evergreen twining ground cover, or wall climber on a sturdy trellis. Highly perfumed soft yellow star-like flowers in spring and summer shine out against the dark green leaves, and complement the new bronze growth. Less vigorous than the white flowered form, ideal for a smaller trellis or arbour.

APPEARANCE : Evergreen self-twining low ground cover or wall climber. Highly perfumed soft yellow windmill-shaped starry flowers in spring and summer; bronze-toned new leaf colour.
USE FOR : Very versatile ground cover, climber, or clipped to a low hedge. Supposedly possum-proof.
PLANTING : Tolerates most positions and conditions but would benefit with mulching and fertilising at the time of planting in a well drained soil.
CLIMATE: Ideal in full sun, and frost free gardens.
CARE : Prune regularly when young to promote bushy growth. Mulch and keep watered until established.
HEIGHT : 1-2 metres unclipped.
