Acmena smithii 'Moonlight Flame' - lilly pilly
APPEARANCE: Dwarf native hedging plant with small light green leaves striped with lemon yellow. New growth is flushed coral-copper over a long spring season.USE IN: Low hedges, topiary, year-round foliage colour, wildlife gardens, feature shrub.
LOCATION: Sunny to part shade, suitable to most areas of Australia. Tolerant of light frost when established. Avoid poorly drained soil and heavy clay.
CARE: Mulch and water well, especially while the plants are young; prune as required to promote new growth and fertilise using a slow release fertiliser during autumn and spring.
