Cosmos sulphureus 'Carpet Formula' - seed

DESCRIPTION: Hardy flowering annual in a mix of warm sunny shades, bright yellow, orange & deep vermillion. Cosmos thrive in dry hot sites, ideal for mass planting in exposed garden beds.
PLANTING: Plant spring-summer in southern states and winter in northern states of Australia. Check the seed pack for detailed info on planting in your area. Sow seeds into seed raising mixture or direct into their final position, cover with a light layer of soil and keep moist. Thin seedlings if they become crowded & replant elsewhere. Plant in free draining soil in a full sun location for best flowering.
CARE: Water seedlings regularly until established, follow with a good deep water weekly. For an extra long flowering season and healthy foliage remove spent blooms and feed with liquid fertiliser
