Dracaena marginata - red-edge dracaena, Madagascar dragon tree

APPEARANCE:  Tropical plant that develops a slender trunk or branches as it grows. Tufts of long slender glossy leaves emerge, dark green with red edges.
USES: Indoors, pots and containers, tropical shade borders.
PLANTING: Site it in bright light or dappled shade out of direct sunlight to avoid leaf scorch. Protect from frost.

The cuttings may be trimmed to 10 - 15 cm and planted directly into soil or potting mix and will soon establish themselves. Fertilise using a slow release fertiliser in spring.

YOUR PLANTS: These plants are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide. You can see an example in the image gallery.
