Eremophila glabra 'Kalbarri Carpet' - emu bush

APPEARANCE : Native low-growing groundcover with soft silvery foliage and golden tubular flowers in spring and summer.
USE FOR:  Native gardens, wildlife gardens, winter gardens, feature groundcover or as a weed suppressant. Firewise gardens. Pots and containers.
PLANTING: Prefers light sandy free draining soil, but can handle heavier soils in drier climates. Plant in full sun to light shade and mulch after planting to retain moisture and regulate soil temperatures as the young plant establishes. Tolerates drought once established. Grows best in southern states with lower humidity.
CARE: Prune in spring to early summer at the start of the growing season for best results. Follow with an application of a native slow release fertiliser. Prune to shape in autumn or spring every 2 - 3 years if a more manicured look is desired.
HEIGHT & WIDTH:  20cm H x 2m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are larger than our usual tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot is 68 mm wide.
You can see an example in the image gallery.
