Gypsophila 'Covent Garden'
Gypsophila elegans

DESCRIPTION: Classic single flowering cottage garden annual with small snow-white flowers. Long-lasting cut flower. Beautiful when planted in contrast with pink and blue flowering plants.
PLANTING: Year round, avoid planting in extreme heat or cold. Sow seeds directly into garden beds or pots, barely cover (seeds need a little light to germinate), keep moist. Plant in free draining soil in a full sun to partly shaded location avoiding the hot afternoon sun.
CARE: Water seedlings regularly until established and during extended dry periods. Apply liquid fertiliser for more prolific flowering.
