Description

Vitex trifolia Variegata - variegated chaste tree, arabian lilac, coastal chaste tree

APPEARANCE : Decorative small tree, shrub or hedge plant with white-striped leaves and lilac flowers appearing during the warmer months of the year.
USE FOR : Hedges, mixed borders, informal gardens.
CLIMATE : Tolerates drought but thrives in well watered conditions and subtropical climates. Tolerates light overnight frost.
PLANTING : Plant in full sun in any good garden soil.
CARE: Water regularly during the first 8-12 weeks until the plant is established. Regular tip pruning will help promote dense foliage for hedging. Heavy annual pruning will encourage new growth for more flowers.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 4 m H x 3 m W.
