DESCRIPTION: Tall flowering plant with papery blooms in shades of pink and white. Flowerheads will dry. Suited to hot dry sunny sites with good drainage.
PLANTING: Sow in Autumn right through Australia; plus Spring in cooler regions, Winter in tropical regions. Sow in situ, just covering seed. Add a slow-release fertiliser when sowing.
CARE: Water seedlings regularly until established and continue to provide water especially during dry spells. For an extra long flowering season, remove spent blooms.
