Grows in any kind of soil, in exposed locations or sheltered balconies, pumping out those starry flowers year after year.

APPEARANCE : Low spreading perennial with starry daisy flowers produced early in the season in shades of purple, pink, and white. RHS Award of Garden Merit
USE FOR : Potted colour, summer bedding, mixed flower beds
PLANTING : Spring and Summer. Sow seeds directly into garden beds or pots, cover with a thin layer of soil and keep moist. Plant in free draining soil in a full sun to partly shaded location protected from strong winds.
CARE : Water seedlings regularly until established and continue to provide water throughout the growing season, especially during dry spells. Mulch plants to keep the shallow roots cool in summer. Remove spent flowers and apply liquid fertiliser regularly for prolific flowering and plant health.
