Description

Yucca elephantipes 'Silver Star'

APPEARANCE : Tall, dramatic foliage plant that develops trunks as it matures. Long sword-shaped soft-tip leaves grow around the trunks, green with a wide central stripe of white.
USE FOR: Tropical garden settings and poolside for screening and feature planting. Suited to containers and indoor gardens in cooler climates.
PLANTING : Plant in a bright position in the garden in well drained soil. Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks.
CARE : Protect from frost. Apply liquid fertiliser regularly during the warmer months. Re-pot every 2 - 3 years to keep soil fresh and full of nutrients.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : 2-3m H x 1-2m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants with a healthy young root system and will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80 mm x 42 mm wide.
