Big loose ruffled flowers in winter and early spring; white subtly shading to pink at the outside. Fast growing and nicely upright for hedging. Very pretty looks as well as scent.

DESCRIPTION: Flowers are more like sasanqua camellias being big and loose, randomly ruffled rather than neat. Sweet fragrance, blooms in winter-spring. Upright in habit.
USES: Feature plant, hedging and screening, scented gardens.
PLANTING: Filtered sun or partly shaded position with morning or afternoon sun. Shelter from strong winds and exposed sites. Plant in well drained soil prepared with mulch. Water regularly during the first 12 weeks or until the plant is established. Tolerates frost once established.
CARE: Mulch and water well, prune after flowering and fertilise using camellia feed.
