Camellia sasanqua 'Jennifer Susan'

APPEARANCE : Large evergreen shrub or small tree; double soft pink flowers with wavy petals in cooler months. Sasanqua Camellias have smaller leaves and more dense foliage than the Japonica varieties. They are more sun tolerant, better in warmer climates, and earlier flowering.
USE FOR : Ideal for screens, hedges, espaliers and large pots.
USE FOR : Should come through an overnight frost once established. Shelter from strong winds and exposed sites.
PLANTING : Sunny or partly shaded position with morning or afternoon sun. Plant in a soil which is medium to acidic pH, with plenty of organic matter. A potting mix rich with humus is ideal added at the time of planting.
CARE :  Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit and prolific blooms during the next flowering season.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH : 3 m H x 2m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
