Grevillea Coral Shore
You'll be 'shore' you made the right decision when you plant this brand new beauty in your garden.
Site it where you can see the big flowers year-round, and the native birds will flock to feed on them.
The soft peach-pink colour harmonises with a wide range of themes - especially darker-leaved foliage plants - and the low wide silhouette is perfect to fill a border and not block the view.
This variety is brand new and exclusive to Australian Plants Online - launched in a larger size at Queensland Garden Expo July 2024, and available in tubestock size here.
Grevillea 'Coral Shore'
APPEARANCE : A low and wide Grevillea with large brush flowers in a warm peach-pink, which appear almost all year round. Exclusive to Australian Plants Online. Bred by Carolle Gadd of Brewery Hill Native Garden, Gympie QLD.
USE FOR: Mass planting, feature planting, large pots, flowerbeds, wildlife gardens.
CLIMATE: Prefers a warm, sunny position in the garden; relatively hardy once established. Will come through a light overnight frost once full-grown; otherwise protect from frost
PLANTING : Plant in well drained soil, mulch well and water regularly until the plant is established.
CARE : Prune after flowering to promote new growth and flowering. Feed with a slow release native fertiliser when buds form - grevilleas can be phosphorus-sensitive so the P ratio of the fertiliser needs to be under 3%.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : 1.5m H x 3 m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
You can see an example in the image gallery.
