Grevillea 'Forest Rambler'
APPEARANCE : Fast-growing slightly sprawling large native shrub with dark green oval shaped leaves; flowers in spring, showing off elegant yellow to pale pink blooms tucked amongst the leaves.
USE FOR : Can be clipped to an informal hedge. Fast coverage in a wild or native garden. Good for difficult locations as it is vigorous and resilient.
CLIMATE : Drought and frost tolerant once established. Suitable for reasonably cold temperatures to sub tropical climates
PLANTING : Well drained clay loams or sandy soil with a neutral to acid pH.
CARE : Fertilise with native fertiliser early spring and at planting. Cut back as required but not too much. Feed with a slow release native fertiliser when buds form - grevilleas can be phosphorus-sensitive so the P ratio of the fertiliser needs to be under 3%.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH : 3-5m H x 3-6 m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
