Such a pretty grevillea , its large conical blooms are somethere in colour between creme patissiere and  high-end moisturiser- a gentle cream-lemon-palest peach.   It blooms for most months of the year;  regular light pruning will encourage more gorgeous flowers and help keep it bushy.

Note : Our Ivory Whips are grafted grevilleas, unlike most of our other varieties. Grafting joins the main plant to another, more robust or adaptable, rootstock. This means it will grow in a wider range of soil types. Read more here

Grevillea 'Ivory Whip'

APPEARANCE : Medium sized shrub with large conical showy flowers that appear throughout the year. Bred by Richard Tomkin of Changers Green nursery.
USE FOR :  Suited to wildlife gardens, native gardens, for cut flowers.
CLIMATE: Tolerates dry periods once established. Might come through a light overnight frost
PLANTING: Plant in full sun for maximum flowering. Prefers free draining soil and regular water to encourage flowering. Note : this is a grafted grevillea, unlike our other varieties. This means it will grow in a wider range of soil types. The tape securing the graft point is biodegradable and should dissolve by the time the graft is complete.
CARE: Water regularly during the first 8-12 weeks until the plant is established. Prune after flowering to promote flowering, dense habit and control growth. A hard prune each 3-4 years will result in a fresh flush of flowers and foliage.  Feed with a slow release native fertiliser when buds form - grevilleas can be phosphorus-sensitive so the P ratio of the fertiliser needs to be under 3%.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 1.5 - 2m H x 2 - 3m W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
You can see an example in the image gallery.
