Ice N Roses® is a range of brand new hybrid hellebores, more sun tolerant, larger flowers, robust and vigorous. Picotee has ice-white flowers, each petal edged in a watercolour wash of pink. Held high above the deep green glossy leaves, it makes a striking effect in your garden borders or a planter on the patio.

Description

Helleborus x glandorfensis Gold® Ice N' Roses® 'Picotee' - hellebore, lenten rose, snow rose

APPEARANCE : Herbaceous bushy perennial, a new breakthrough hybrid of Helleborus x ericsmithii and Helleborus x hybrida. Early flowering from winter into spring. Deep green leathery leaves, cup-shaped flowers. Picotee has white flowers with each petal edged in pale pink.
USE FOR : Cottage gardens, shady borders, potted colour, winter colour.
CLIMATE : Frost-hardy
PLANTING : Plant in good moist well-drained soil in sun to part shade, protected from strong winds. The sunnier the spot the more water it will need.
CARE : Water regularly until established and continue to provide water especially during dry spells. Mulch plants to keep the shallow roots cool in summer; deadhead to prolong flowering season. Apply liquid fertiliser regularly for prolific flowering and plant health.
MATURE HEIGHT & WIDTH : 50cm H x 50cm W.
YOUR PLANTS : These are tubestock plants, healthy young plants with new roots that will establish quickly in your garden. The pot size is 80mm high and 42 mm wide.
