Passiflora Panama Gold DESCRIPTION: Rambling evergreen vine featuring glossy foliage, lightly scented flowers and juicy yellow fruit during summer. LOCATION: Plant in a full sun position in the garden and allow plenty of room to grow, passionfruit vines love to climb, provide an old fence,trellis or pergola for it to grab hold of and watch it thrive. CARE: Water regularly during the first 8-12 weeks until the plant is established, and especially during dry periods, stake as needed to allow the vine to establish upright growth. Prune is not necessary, only to remove unwanted growth, spring is the best time for this, simply remove 24-30cm of growth. Fertilise using a slow release fertiliser twice yearly.
