Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Little Squirt' DESCRIPTION: Small neat silver-bronze-green leaves, almost black stems, naturally rounded bush shape, dense upright vertical habit. USE IN: Hedges, screens, or mass planted in formal gardens to create privacy and outline borders. LOCATION: Plant in well drained soil, rich with humus in full sun to part shade. Frost hardy and well suited to Australian conditions. Will grow better in a sheltered location but can stand some coastal breezes and frosts. CARE: Fertilise with a slow release fertiliser in spring and again in autumn. Prune to maintain shape and compact growth. Will regrow after a hard prune if necessary.
