Bystropogon canariensis - Canary Island smokebush

APPEARANCE : Medium sized bush, minty-smelling leaved. Long stems covered in round clusters of small white flowers that look like clouds. Related to thyme and oregano.
ORIGIN : Canary Isles
USE FOR :  Cottage gardens, waterwise gardens, coastal sites.
CLIMATE : Drought tolerant, will survive light frost. Prefers drier climates.
PLANTING : Prefers light well-drained soils. Plant in full sun.
CARE: Mulch and water well during dry periods while plant is establishing. Prune to maintain tidiness, encourage bushiness, or trim to shape if necessary
