Tibouchina lepidota 'Alstonville'
DESCRIPTION: Rich purple blooms appear during summer on a small evergreen tree.
USE IN: Specimen and feature tree which establishes quickly.
LOCATION: Plant in well drained soil in full sun position in the garden. Prefers warm climates. Frost tender.
CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune regularly when young to promote dense growth habit and fertilise with a slow release fertiliser in spring.
HEIGHT & WIDTH: 4 - 5 m H x 4 m W.
