Native low ground cover, purple creeping boobialla forms a dense mat of fine-leaved purple foliage, dotted with white flowers in spring-autumn or winter-summer, depending on where you live.
Great to keep weeds down in the garden, or to cover slopes and banks. Will spread outwards to around 3m but never more than 30cm high.

APPEARANCE : Dense growing Australian native ground-cover with slender burgundy-purple foliage and masses of white flowers during summer.USE FOR : Great as a ground-cover trailing down embankments helping to control weeds in hard to reach places. Attracts birds.
PLANTING : Prefers a full sun position to maintain colour. Plant in free draining soil rich in organic matter. Frost and drought hardy.
CARE : This Myoporum is fast growing, mulch and water well until established. Prune yearly to encourage new growth and flowering. Feed with a controlled release native fertiliser once a year.
HEIGHT & WIDTH : 15 - 30 cm x 3m.
