DESCRIPTION: Modern variety resistant to downy mildew and slow to bolt; ideal for baby leaf spinach rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Eat raw in salads and smoothies, cooked in stir fries, omelettes, as a side dish.PLANTING: Sow direct or in containers late summer to late spring. Cover seed to 25mm.
CARE: Keep moist through germination and while growing. Water regularly through the growing period. Harvest in just 6-7 weeks from sowing. Sow from late summer through to early spring to ensure continuous fresh supply of leaves
