Acalypha godseffiana 'Inferno' APPEARANCE : Large-leaved foliage plant with rich bronze, burgundy and copper tones. Also called Copper Leaf or Beefsteak Plant. USE FOR : Tropical gardens for year-round colour. The dense foliage of this Acalypha makes it an ideal choice for showy hedging. PLANTING : Plant in a warm sheltered position with morning and/or afternoon sun. Protect from frost. CARE : Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune/clip as required to maintain form and fertilise with a slow release fertiliser in spring. Provide plenty of water during the summer heat. HEIGHT & WIDTH : 1.5m H x 1.5m W.
