Acalypha godseffiana 'Inferno' DESCRIPTION: Vibrant foliage with rich bronze, burgundy and copper tones. The dense foliage of this Acalypha makes it an ideal choice for hedging. Also called Copper Leaf or Beefsteak Plant. USE IN: Tropical gardens and hedges for beautiful contrasting colour. Stunning in groups as a mass display of colour. LOCATION: Plant in a warm sheltered position with morning and/or afternoon sun. A full sun location may be ok but not too exposed. Protect from frost. CARE: Mulch and water regularly until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Prune as required to maintain form and fertilise with a slow release fertiliser in spring. Provide plenty of water during the summer heat. HEIGHT & WIDTH: 1.5m H x 1.5m W.
