Salvia officinalis - sage

DESCRIPTION: Attractive silver-green aromatic shrubby herb for ornamental or culinary use. Use fresh or dried in stuffings, soups and stews, saltimbocca. Excellent for attracting pollinators to your fruit and veg plants.
PLANTING: Sow direct in a sunny well drained spot. Cover seed to 15mm. Plant monthly, and harvest fresh all year , or dry for future use.
CARE: Keep moist through germination and while growing. Water regularly through the growing period. Harvest all year round.
