What to Sow in Autumn

Seeds and Bulbs to sow in Autumn : It's time to plant spring-flowering bulbs. Please take into account your local climate and State weather trends when planting. Most Autumn-sown seeds will get a head-start on growing through the cooler months. If your garden experiences hard frosts in winter, and you have no weather protection such as a cloche, some frost-tender seeds may be better sown in Spring after frosts have gone.
