Camellia reticulata 'Flower Girl' APPEARANCE : Reticulata camellias like shade or filtered sun, and they have very large eyecatching flowers with a relaxed form. Evergreen shrubs to 3m, upright and fast growing.
USES: Ideal for screens, flowering hedges, feature planting.
PLANTING: Partly shaded position or out of full midday sun. Plant in a free draining soil rich in organic matter. A potting mix rich with peat moss or humus is ideal added at the time of planting.
CARE: Mulch and water well, prune after flowering and fertilise in Spring. Plant in a soil which is medium to acidic. Avoid lime.
