We don't know who RL Wheeler is but they must be a flamboyant personality to give their name to this super-showy camellia! Every time one of these huge voluptuous tie-dye blooms opens, we have to stop and take a photo. Definitely worth a front-row seat in your favourite garden bed.

Camellia japonica 'R.L. Wheeler'
